Your information

Privacy policy

Last updated November 2026. This page explains what Pearl Voyages does with the information you share through this website.

What we collect

When you send a trip enquiry we receive the details you enter: your name, email, phone number, country, travel dates, trip length, group size, budget, interests and message. If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive what you send us that way.

How we use it

We use your details to answer your enquiry, plan your trip and stay in touch about it. When you go ahead with a trip, we share what is needed with the hotels, drivers and guides who look after you. We do not sell your information.

Services this website uses

The website is hosted by Netlify, which also receives enquiry form submissions and passes them to us. Fonts come from Google Fonts and the map on the Contact page comes from Google Maps, so Google may receive technical details such as your IP address when those load. The WhatsApp and social media links take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry or trip, and for any records we have to keep by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email newmandj74@gmail.com or call +94 75 738 1419.
